Big Brand on Campus
When developer Candlebrook Properties purchased five off-campus student housing communities, they had 30 days to rebrand the campuses. Sideways named the new parent company, Letter9, and each of its properties. In a market crowded with similar luxury properties, Letter9 established a visible brand that eludes the amenities race.
